Our mission is to educate, support and raise awareness - and have fun while we are doing it.​

We are open to all women living with doctor-diagnosed rheumatoid disease.

Rheumatoid Disease is an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks joints and soft tissues causing swelling, pain, and fatigue.

We say 'rheumatoid disease' rather than 'rheumatoid arthritis' because arthritis is only one symptom of this disease.
